Donkey Experience

For a 1-2 hour session, you and your loved ones can come and give our resident Donkey Johnny Simpson and miniature donkey Jenny Simpson (aka. Cuddles) lots of love!

Our donkey experience includes giving them pats and treats. Spend time grooming them and you can even take them on walks!

Set up down on our Memorial reserve, enjoy a picturesque 500m walk through native scenery with our magical rainbow theme found throughout the reserve.  For anyone with walking difficulties, our farm vehicle can be organised to transport you to the destination.

There is an undercover seating area where you can set up for a picnic but we do ask everyone to take any rubbish with you. Picnic hampers will be available on request.

We
can offer the donkey experience for groups 3 or less for an hour. We have found
normally our adults are quite happy with the hour and then we put the donkeys
away after however you don’t have to rush off. The staff member will stay with
you during the donkey experience, where you can be as interactive as you wish.
You can pat, groom and take the donkeys for a walk. Treats are provided and you
can spoil them while getting some great photos. After the hour the donkeys are
taken back to their paddock (you are welcome to take them with the staff member
or sit back and relax down on our beautiful reserve. It is the perfect location
to enjoy a picnic down there. We do provide picnics at $33 per person if you
would like everything set up and provided.

After
your picnic you are also welcome to have a wander of the property and pat the
horses over the paddock fences  before returning to your car.

It is $55 per person
or $150 for a group of 4 (or a 2 hour session).

Pony rides are available as an extra subject to availability.
